Payment is to be made via PayPal through the website. All monies must be paid in full at the point of order. Please ensure that you have read all of the Terms and Conditions before ordering.
Cancellations
The customer has the right to cancel an order within 7 days of placing the order. In these circumstances a full refund will be given via PayPal.
Delivery
Please allow approximately 6 weeks for delivery of your item(s). Should there be a delay with your order you will be notified as soon as possible via email or by telephone.
In special cases or in the case of an emergency a tiara can be produced and delivered within 1-2 weeks. Should you wish to take advantage of this service please use the contact form attached to the website.
All items will be delivered in appropriate protective packaging to ensure the item(s) arrives in pristine condition.
All items will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or by International Registered Mail.
All postal costs are to be covered by the customer.
Should any damage be caused to the item(s) during transit the customer is responsible for claiming insurance.
Refunds/exchange and returns
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact Victoria Corbin via the contact form on the website within 3 working days of receipt of your item(s).
Refunds will not be provided unless:
We have been notified that you wish to return the item(s) within the time period as specified above.
All items are returned within 7 days of you notifying us of your intention to return them.
All items are received in a good condition, unworn and in its original packaging.
Please also note that:
Bespoke items are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided if damage or defects are caused by the customers mis-use or neglect.
Postage costs will not be refunded.
Quality Control
We ensure that all of our items leave us in pristine condition in appropriate packaging.
All items are handmade and as such may vary slightly to the image shown, however, the overall design will be maintained.
The materials used in each design may vary from the products shown. All materials are subject to availability from suppliers. In the event that a certain material is not available all efforts will be made to find a suitable alternative which will be in-keeping with the overall design.
